Being a small company we carry out all the practical work ourselves, this enables us to ensure:

We have very reliable sub contractors for such elements as electrical, plumbing and heating installations (all with the correct governing body approvals).

We have always maintained a good relationship with architects on contracts where architects are involved, but equally we have successfully project managed numerous contracts from commencement to completion where an architect has not been required to administer the scheme. This has been achievable as both Spencer and Andy have held managerial positions with previous employers.
